What happens after I place an order?

After you place your order, you will see an order confirmation screen that contains your order number and details. This will confirm that your order has successfully been placed. You will also receive several emails including order confirmation, when your order has been shipped and when it has been delivered.

Can I change delivery address?

Unfortunately, we cannot change the delivery address after an order has been placed. Prior to submitting your order, please ensure the shipping address is correct.

When will my order arrive?

Depending on the type of shipping selected, you can anticipate the delivery of your order in 2-3 days after your order is confirmed.

Orders placed after 6am on Friday, Saturday or Sunday are processed on the following Monday and will ship that day. Orders do not ship on Holidays. All orders expected to ship on a Holiday will ship the next business day. 

How does shipping work?

All packages are shipped via FedEx or UPS. We strive to ensure your order is delivered on time but cannot guarantee delivery dates due to situations out of our control like weather which could delay your shipment.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we do not offer international shipping but can ship within the United States.
